A patient turned up in the chamber with a complain of his yellowish teeth which he informed to be the same from his childhood days,the tooth had uneven surfaces which retained plaque,calculus and stains.The colour of his teeth was pale yellowish which was both extrinsic and intrinsic in nature.Patient has a history of smoking 5 per day.
